Orders & Payments
A: We accept credit cards, purchase orders, financing options, and other approved methods as outlined in your financial agreement.
A: Yes. Financing and installment terms are available through agreements with our financial team.
A: Late payments may be subject to penalties. Orders can be delayed or canceled if payment terms are not met or if credit limits are exceeded.
Shipping & Delivery
A: Delivery times vary depending on product type and location. We’ll confirm estimated shipping times during checkout.
A: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Returns
A: Most items can be returned within 30 days of receipt if they are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
A: Yes. Custom orders, special orders, and certain construction materials are non-returnable. This will be clearly marked on the product page.
A: Please report damages or defects within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
A: Contact us with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you’ll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number with instructions.
Refunds
A: Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
A: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.
